Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a session of paintball?

If you are wanting to book a paintballing session, you can do this by using our Online Booking Platform or if you are having difficulty, you can call our office on 01923 674 780 who will help get booked in.

What to do if I would like to book a session, but I’m unsure of the numbers of players to book for?

You can book now for the number of players that are confirmed so you can secure the booking date. You can use your booking reference number to add players on a later date. (subject to availability)

What age do you need to be to play?

We believe paintball should be enjoyed by all ages and that why we run our full impact session from 11+, However for those 8-10 we offer a low impact paintballing session called Splatmasters. More information about this can be found on our home page under the Splatmasters tab

Is there a minimum booking number?

We do not have a minimum number of players for a weekend session. However, for weekdays there is a minimum of 20 Players in order to open a session. In some cases we may be open already on a weekday therefore call our office on 01903 755 589 to check availability.

What should I bring on the day?

As you are playing in a live woodland, we always suggest wearing old but comfortable clothes. You will be provided with overalls however there is still a chance your clothes may get dirty. For footwear we always advice you wear shoes that support your ankles. We do have a Shop on site so you may wish to bring money in order to purchase extra items such as Paintballs, Pyrotechnics (Over 18 only), Food and Drink.

Can I bring my own paintballs and/or equipment?

In order to keep all our customers safe, players are only permitted to use the equipment that is issued to them. This is the same for our paintballs so you are not allowed to bring your own paintballs on site.

What times are the game sessions?

For our full impact paintball, we run 3 different sessions which are:
Full Day 10:00am – 16:30pm
Half Day AM 10:00am – 13:00pm
Half Day PM 13:30pm -16:30pm

If you are looking to book our low impact paintball session, you would have two-time options.
11:00am- 13:00pm
14:30am-16:30pm

How many paintballs will I need?

It is very difficult to say how many Paintballs you would shoot as everyone will be different. We average that on a Half-Day Session 300-500 Ball should be sufficient.

Can I buy more paintballs on the day?

There is a shop on site which you can buy Paintballs, Pyrotechnics(Over 18 Only), Hot & Cold drink and Snacks. We accept Debit/Credit Card and Cash in our shops however we advise you to bring a physical card as Apple Pay may have issues connecting due to being in the countryside.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring food and drink on site, however we ask you to take your rubbish away with you.

BBQ or any other form of heaters are not permitted on site due to fire risk.

Alcohol is not permitted on site.

What days are we open?

We can run games 7 days a week however in order to open a session on a Weekday (MON-FRI) there must be a minimum of 20 players. Our weekend sessions are always open therefore you can book for as little player as you like on a weekend.

What happens if it rains or is hot weather?

Our paintball sessions will go ahead no matter the weather. If it is forecast to rain, we suggest you bring wet weather clothes with you and wear sure that would protect your ancles as you will be playing in a live woodland. If it is due to be hot, our marshals are hot weather trained and will take the appropriate action to ensure you are having enough breaks and getting the chance to stay hydrated.

What happens if someone in my group doesn’t show and I have paid for them already?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds however if paint was included with their package the group will be given their paintballs that they have paid for.

How do the grouping work on the day?

Our marshals are trained to group players of the same ages together. Depending on the number of players we try to play a Junior game and a Adult game.

Can I book a Private / Corporate session?

We do offer private and corporate booking. Please call one our friendly staff on 01903 755 589 who would be happy to talk you through the requirements.

Do I need to fill out a declaration?

Everyone who enters the venue will be asked to fill out a declaration form which can be found on the link below.

Can I go out and spectate?

Unfortunately, due to Health and Safety we do not allow spectators on the field as our marshals are to busy looking after our players on the field.

BOOKINGS

We are open for games 7 days week from 9am to 4pm, everyday excepting Xmas day. From the beginning of May to the end of September evening games are available from 5pm to 9pm. Bookings normally require a week’s notice, but be aware that popular dates are often booked well in advance so book early to avoid disappointment. There are discounts available for larger groups, please enquire for details.
